Montenegrin Metropolitan Mihailo Attends Celebration Marking the Anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland
His Beatitude Archbishop of Cetinje and Metropolitan of Montenegro Mihailo attended yesterday the celebration marking the anniversary of the Constitution of May 3, 1791, organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Montenegro.


During the ceremonial reception, the exceptional significance of the values contained in the first modern and visionary constitution in Europe was highlighted, emphasizing that the Polish Constitution of May 3 represented a turning point in the affirmation of democratic principles on the European continent.
The event was attended by numerous distinguished officials, including members of the diplomatic corps in Montenegro. During the reception, Metropolitan Mihailo had the opportunity to speak with the ambassadors of Slovenia, China, Palestine, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the United States of America.
This event represents a continuation of the good relations between the Montenegrin church and the international community, as well as a confirmation of their shared commitment to universal values of democracy, human rights, and interfaith dialogue.
